Detailed planning is done before every project. On large or complex projects, a Project Manager is assigned to the work. Our Project managers are graduate Mechanical Engineers with significant management experience. The majority of our coatings application is done with automation, eliminating defects and improving repeatability. Hand spraying is required due to access constraints and geometry. Our goal is to continually automate more and more work in order to improve our applications.

Extending the life of process equipment requires the appropriate combination of process and material. The METALSPRAY Quality Control Plan (QCP) is used on projects to ensure the application conforms to pre- specified parameters. Every step of the thermal spray process is monitored and recorded and closely tied to acceptable industry standards.
