| Boiler Thermal Services, LLC (BTS) specializes in on-site application of erosion and corrosion resistant thermal spray coatings. Most of our work is in the Power Generation, Oil and Gas Refining, Pulp and Paper, Waste-to-Energy, and Steel industries. Thickness loss on boiler tubes, pressure vessel and reactor walls and general material wastage, leads to costly replacement or repair of components and production downtime. Using the latest HVOF and HVCC technology, the coatings we apply act as a barrier between the process environment and the metal substrate, thus protecting your process equipment to give it longer life. |

What makes us unique?
We are a specialist on-site contractor capable of performing work anywhere in the world through our network of strategically located depots. We apply genuine METALSPRAY™ coating.
• Strict adherence to our Quality Control Manual. This manual is based on ISO and ASTM standards, resulting in the delivery of promised quality. Across the world all jobs are executed by our depots in accordance with this manual.
• We involve our customers from project inception till finish to develop optimal solutions within your budget.
•BTS is not just an applicator of coatings. We design solutions. First we seek to fundamentally understand the unique characteristics of the problem. Data is analyzed, compared to our industry historical data and laboratory analysis in our Technology Center . This results in cost effective solutions.
• BTS designs and builds its own proprietary thermal spray equipment in-house. Our equipment is portable and produces coatings with excellent properties.
• Proprietary materials are developed and produced in partnership with select suppliers. This enables us to provide industry specific solutions to unique corrosion and erosion problems.
